Leichhardt's grasshopper decimal coin necklace

This unique Leichhardt's grasshopper necklace is the perfect gift for an entomologist or bug entusiast, as it depicts one of the most beautiful Australian grasshoppers: the Leichhardt's grasshoppers - Petasida ephippigera. It has been made with the collectable series of uncirculated decimal coins released on 2014 by the Australian Royal Mint. The coin features traditional sculpture as well as colour printing. The chain, bezel and jumprings are bronze-tone.
