Shipping policy

Packing and Handling Times: All orders are packed at our Cornubia location in QLD, Australia. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please note that during SALE periods orders may take an extra 1-2 days to dispatch on top of normal dispatch times. Customers will be notified of any dispatch delays.

Express Shipping will be packed and picked up within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Express shipping is only available for customers within Australia.

Packing: All our packaging is made from eco-friendly materials made from recycled or biodegradable materials. We avoid using plastic bags or plastic tapes, but sometimes the Australian Post Office will use it to attach their own labels.  

Domestic Shipping: We offer Standard Shipping for $9.95 (2-6 business days) and Express Shipping for $14.95 (1-4 business days). FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $100 and FREE Express Shipping for orders over $150. All orders are sent with tracking numbers. 

International Shipping: We offer Standard International Shipping and rates varies depending of the country. Rates range from $14.95 to $27.95 (5-21 business days). All orders are sent with tracking numbers. If Express Shipping required, please send us a message to info@bugsandbeads.com with your enquiry. 

Customs: We comply with foreign customs and accurately declare costs of all packages. Requests for us to declare incorrect costs or to mark packages as gifts for the purpose of avoiding customs and taxes, are not permitted and may result in your order being cancelled. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you, reconfirm your delivery details and resend the package. In some cases you may be required to cover additional delivery costs for resending the package. If we do not hear back from you within a week the order will be cancelled. If less than 30 days have past since we initially shipped the order then you will be eligible for a refund (excluding the shipping costs).

Missing orders: Please contact us at info@bugsandbeads.com if you suspect your package has gone missing, is lost or is delayed. If you have been provided with a tracking number, please additionally contact the local courier in regards to the packages whereabouts.
