QLD Fruit Fly studs

These delicate earrings were proudly handcrafted and designed by me in Australia. They have real Queensland Fruit Flies embedded in a non-toxic resin and they GLOW IN THE DARK!

QLD fruit fly is a major horticultural pest in Australia but also they are pretty flies. I am using and recycling flies that have died in a research mass-rearing facility in QLD.

They come facetaded and set on a gold plated stainless steel bezel, so they are great for people with nickel or other base metal allergies/sensitivities. The studs até also gold plated stainless steel.

Materials: Q Fly, luminous non-toxic resin and stainless steel.
